Custom Auto Detail has designed comprehensive service packages in 3 separate venues each having a different dynamic. For instance, corporate centers are partnerships with Class A parking garages located in high rise corporate centers and luxury residential facilities. These venues provide onsite detailing for both parking and building tenants. The primary customers are corporate executives and professionals who park in or near one of the corporate centers and drive high end, luxury and exotic cars. These parking garages usually accommodate from 600-1500 parking tenants and 6000-15,000 building tenants.

Drop your car off at a participating corporate center and we will valet it to the dealership for service.

Loaner Cars

Customers can receive a loaner car while their vehicle is being repaired.

Valet Service

Our staff will come to a customer’s office, pick up their keys and valet their vehicle to the nearest detail center.

Mobile Service (transportation fee will apply)

We will dispatch our mobile units, which are de-tail shops on wheels, to where you work, live or play and clean your car on-site.

We have been providing service in high rise corporate centers since 2005 and we would love to be your car concierge company of choice. We currently operate 11 satellite centers throughout downtown Cleveland and University Circle. And we can accommodate all your tenant’s needs as well, whether you establish an onsite satellite center or choose to have customers’ vehicles valeted to the nearest facility.

We have a dynamic team of professional and courteous detailers with at least 7 or more years of experience. Each must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, have valid driver’s license and complete a 20 hour orientation and skill evaluation prior to being placed at any of our corporate locations.
